Shipping Information

The following info are intended for retailers and wholesale distributors. Ciao Bella does not sell directly to individuals for personal use.
Price of our items does not include carriage, except mentioned otherwise.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS

Orders shipped to Italy will be charged actual freight cost as determined by our domestic carrier.
Domestic shipping is free on orders over 300 EUR.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of Italy will be charged actual freight cost as determined by our freight forwarders.

• DHL Economy
  Europe Economy which takes 2-5 business days after the day of shipment to arrive at destination (road transport).
• DHL Express
  International Economy which takes 2-4 business days after the day of shipment to arrive at Customs (by air).

According to actual real-time availability of road transport and international flights, a change of freight forwarder is possible at no additional cost for the buyer.

How to Calculate Freight Cost

Before you send the order, shipping rates are automatically displayed in the shipping cart, based on delivery location and total weight of the shipment.

Import Duties, Fees and Taxes

International deliveries may be subject to import duties, fees and taxes that are levied after a shipment reaches the intended country. Customs fees or taxes are separate from the shipping charges, and are not the responsibility of Ciao Bella. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions or concerns about these fees.

Changing Delivery Address or Destination Country

If you work with an international freight forwarder or have a collection hotspot in a nearest country, in the shopping cart page you may:

• arrange the pick-up to our facility by your freight forwarder
• modifiy delivery address to receive orders wherever is useful to your business, anyway take into consideration we are unable to alter invoice recipient in our customs declaration.

HOLIDAY CLOSURES

Our Shipping Department is closed for the following holidays in 2024:

• New Year's Day, Epiphany - January 1 to 6
• Easter Monday - Monday, April 01
• Liberation Day - Monday, April 25
• Republic Day - Thursday, June 2
• Summer Break - August 3 to 31
• All Saints' Day - Tuesday, November 1
• Immaculate Conception Day - Thursday, December 8
• Christmas and New Year's Day - December 21 to 31

Orders that would normally be processed on these days will be processed the following business day.
Packages in transit during these public holidays could be delayed depending on the freight forwarder.

SHIPPING PROCEDURE

Orders are processed and shipped by 72 business hours once payment has cleared.
If your PO includes items with different shipping dates, the order will be dispatched when all items are in stock.
Ciao Bella does not make partial shipments and doesn't manage backorders.
